Job Description
Are you a successful, large-account  Oracle EBS or SAP ECC ERP sales representative wanting a new challenge?  What if you could sell powerful, new Saas solutions to customers that have already made their big ERP investments, but must upgrade their Oracle ERP or SAP ECC instances? No more long, arduous, net-new ERP or competitive displacement deals! Every company has to upgrade at some point, right? Our client is a 100M,  8-year old company that sells Saas/cloud solutions that create a simulation of the upgrade in the cloud, pointing to what is going to break before the upgrade is installed and how to fix it (change analytics, code remediation and testing). 

The ROI message is clear and proven: the solutions reduce upgrade project time by three months or more and can save millions of dollars in downtime and remediation consulting services.
To continue their record revenue growth, our client is in search of a Major Account Sales Executive in the Chicago area who knows what you know how to do: call on some of the largest and most influential companies and decision makers in the world and understand how critical their Oracle EBS or SAP ECC’s systems are to their businesses (because you sold these solutions!)

Territory: Based out of a home-office in the Chicago area, you’ll call on 15-20 large accounts in the Midwest to Northeast, a combination of existing and new customers all of which have either Oracle EBS or SAP ECC software.
Qualifications:
  • Based in the Chicago area, you’ll have 7+ years of direct, large-account enterprise software sales experience with least 3 recent years spent selling Oracle EBS OR SAP ECC software or consulting services. If you have worked for an SAP or Oracle partner selling services, you must have sold net new software at some point in your career.
  • A zest for selling and hunting – even in your  existing accounts you know how to leverage your contacts in search of other departments and divisions that will benefit from your company's solutions
  • The ability to develop a strategic accounts plan for 15-20 large accounts and travel about 40% of the time with a Midwest to Northeast focus.
  • Possess a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding a 1.5M+ quota and attaining 300M+ deals.
