Maintenance Manager
Our client is a leader in the food processing industry. We are presently interviewing well qualified Industrial maintenance professionals for the position of Maintenance Manager. This position is located in central Missouri and providing an excellent salary and benefits package, including relocation.

In this position you will:
Be fully responsible for overseeing the management of capital and other projects in regard to equipment and building infrastructure.
Ensuring all are in a proper state of repair. Capital project development and post-approval project management.
Manage and schedule project elements to ensure minimal interruption to plant operations.
Deliver finished projects as designed, on time and on budget with no safety, QA or environmental issues.
Develop and/or maintain Key Performance Indicators for tracking and reporting the performance of the organization (supplier performance, equipment reliability, overall equipment effectiveness, etc.).
Focus is to Increase OEE, reduce mechanical downtime and keep product flow and production lines running at maximum efficiency.).
Promote plant safety and environmental performance through administration, enforcement of company and plant policy/procedure and training consistent with the objectives of the company and in compliance with Federal and State regulatory agencies.
 Responsible for oversight of the Facility PSM and RMP programs dealing with ammonia refrigeration. Other duties as assigned.
Do you have:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management or equivalent experience required. 5 to 7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with increasing levels of supervisory responsibility.
Previous experience in the food industry required.
Possess a strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, refrigeration, hydraulic, and boiler systems.
Knowledge of State and Federal regulations with regard to FDA, OSHA and EPA regulatory requirements in a manufacturing setting.
Knowledge and/or experience with sanitary design and packaging equipment.
Strong managerial, Ability to analyze different situations and adapt as required. Must be able to work well under pressure and be able to organize, direct and manage personnel and 3rd party contractors. Ability to handle multiple duties and projects simultaneously.
Must be people oriented and have the ability to interface with employees at all levels of the organization by utilizing excellent written, verbal and presentation skills. Coupled with demonstrated leadership ability
